Routine Boxing Session

We started today’s session with prayers and warmup. The focus was the speedbag, technique followed by sparring. As we approach the junior championship, we held a selection of the team that will represent KABF at the event to be held at charter hall from the 14th to 16th April. We appreciate all of you who keep us going in our journey towards becoming the center of excellence for emerging African boxing talent. #BoxingForProsperity
